install ubuntu linux on Android smartphone | ubuntu for Android

If you have a smartphone with a Dual core processor then this is possible that you can use ubuntu on your android phone. every one knows about ubuntu and its the greatest free operating system.because both operating systems are on the same device so it allows you to sharing data such as messages, music etc between them.

All credit for this goes to Canonical who are the ubuntu Linux's parent who make this possible. The company states that the phone experience will be pure Android–it’s a normal Android phone. When the device is connected to a computer screen, however, it launches a full Ubuntu desktop on the computer display. It’s exactly the same Ubuntu Unity desktop many of you are already using and it will include all of Ubuntu’s current applications, from office productivity to photography, video and music.

It’s bringing the Ubuntu Linux desktop to to multi-core Android smartphones docked with a keyboard and monitor. With it, Canonical claims you’ll be able to use Android on the phone and Ubuntu as your desktop, both running simultaneously on the same device.

Ubuntu for Android drops in cleanly alongside the rest of Android, so it is easy to integrate into current production roadmaps. The hardware requirements are straightforward and, with a broad range of ARM and x86 hardware supported, it can realistically be added to phones already in development.

Of course, your phone needs the docking capability and hardware support for HDMI and USB. But that’s standard for high-end models in the current generation of devices in development.

Can Ubuntu work with Android on high-end phones and tablets? still a big question for me...

you can get more on ubuntu for android

Thank you
