Google New Product 'Google Play' Link To Navigation Bar

A new link is appearing on navigation bar of Google. Google has been added a "Play link" button in their home page. Simply click on Play link button which is given in top horizontal menu and you will entered in Google Play home page, where users can choose between several genres of games content, including music, books, movies, and Android apps.
Google change the Android Market as Google Play we can say that Android Market checks out, Google Play moves in. This play shop is shop for apps, e-books, music, and videos.

Google Play now has a coveted spot on Google's own navigation bar, which appears atop the search giant's home page. The Play link is hard to miss--just look to the left of the word "NEW" in eye-grabbing red caps.


CNET has also reported that Google may begin selling movies via Play.You can buy games at Google Play.Google Play marketplace is definitely trying to become the Android version of the iTunes Store, which surprisingly doesn’t already existed.

The mobile updates for the new Google Play store will be sent out automatically to Android device owners.

An animated GIF can be made using GIF Droid . A video can be taken and turned into an animated GIF that you can send to anyone in seconds.

First install GIF Droid from the Android Market, and then open the application (app).
Now follow these 4 simple steps:

1  Click on the:
a) Select Video button. This will open your gallery to select a video.

OR

b) Record Video button. This will open your phonecamera to record a video.

2 The section of the video you want to convert into an animated GIF can be chosen through sliding the grey bars at the start and end. Now click the Next button present at the extreme end of the screen.

3 To reduce the size of animation through cutting out unwanted sections, select frames from the video you would like to use. Now click on the Create GIF button at the extreme right end of the screen to pin down the project.

a) Preview your GIF and share by hitting the Share button (which is the second last button on the left side of the screen).

b) You can also rename the GIF by clicking the Rename button (which is the second last button on the right side of the screen).

c) You can make another GIF by tapping the Create another button from the extreme right end of the screen.

 d) You can even delete the one you just made by pressing the Delete GIF button from the extreme left end of the screen.

How to Transfer Contacts, Photo, Music and Data from iPhone to Android

 Steps to transfer

Step 1. Google/Gmail account

First step is to Open a Gmail account, go to your Android device Menu > Settings > Accounts & Sync > Add Account > Google. If you don’t have a Google account yet, create the new one here or You can use your existing Google Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to associate your Gmail account with your new phone.

Step 2. Sync Contacts

Now move to your iPhone and connect it your PC and launch iTunes. Click on your iPhone’s name, then head to the Info tab at the top (See the Screenshot Above) . Check “Sync Address Book Contacts”, then check “Sync contacts with Google Contacts”. Click Configure and enter the same account information you just configured on your Android device (On Step 1 ). Click Apply and allow the iPhone to sync.

Step 3. Calendar and Notes

Now time to Sync Calendar and Notes. Now go to your iPhone Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. You can Find the You existing Gmail Account here, If the Gmail account you’re using with your Android (On Step 1) isn’t here, add it by going to Add account > Gmail. Now go back to the Mail settings, tap the Gmail account, and turn syncing on for Calendars and Notes. Within a few minutes, your calendar will transfer to your Android device. Notes will be sent to your Gmail account and filed under a label called Notes.

Step 4. Photos and videos

For Photos and Videos you have to Connect your iPhone to computer. Open My Computer, right-click your iPhone icon there and select Explore. Drag and drop all the photos and videos to a new folder on your Desktop. And Now Move all this data to You Android Device by connecting it to Computer.

Step 5. Music

Keep your Android device connected. On your computer, find the Android’s Music folder (if it doesn’t exist, create one), and then drag and drop music files from your hard drive to your Android drive, which will put them on the device.

Astonishing demand for BSNL tablet

Public sector telecom operator, BSNL, which recently launched extremely low cost tablets along with two mid range tablets, has got a tremendous response from Indian consumers. The three tablets, bundled with its connection, are in the price range of Rs 3,499 - Rs 12,500. They are manufactured by Noida based Pantel Technologies. 

The entry level BSNL tablet, Penta IS701R, is a WiFi only device with Android 2.3 operating system, 1 GHz processor and 256 MB RAM. The tablet also has an HDMI port through which it can be connected to a TV. Its 7 inch resistive touchscreen has 800 x 600 pixel resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio.The tablet has a 3000 mAh battery and 2 GB internal memory which can be expanded through a micro SD card. The tablet also has a VGA front facing camera for video calling.

The mid-range 7 inch tablet with capacitive touchscreen is named Penta Tpad_ws704c. It has the same specifications as Penta IS701R, but offers added 3G connectivity through a SIM slot, inbuilt A-GPS, an accelerometer, and Bluetooth. It has a 2 megapixel rear camera and a bigger 512 MB RAM for faster performance.
The most expensive among the three is the Penta Tpad WS802C, which has an 8 inch capacitive screen and a SIM slot for 3G/2G connectivity. It too comes with a faster 1.2 GHz processor and 512 MB RAM. The internal memory is also bigger at 4 GB. Rest of the features like GPS, camera and Bluetooth are same as those in the 704C.

The delivery of tablets which have been pre booked will commence after March 5, and the tablets will be available in retail stores and BSNL outlets from March.

Ubuntu for Android drops in cleanly alongside the rest of Android, so it is easy to integrate into current production roadmaps. The hardware requirements are straightforward and, with a broad range of ARM and x86 hardware supported, it can realistically be added to phones already in development.



Of course, your phone needs the docking capability and hardware support for HDMI and USB. But that’s standard for high-end models in the current generation of devices in development.
